THERMO-FILM ®
Thermo-FILM® is the most widely used material for team numbers and letters. It will not fade, peel, chip or scratch and is dry cleanable.
Recommended fabrics:
100% cotton, 100% polyester, poly/cotton blends, poly/foam and cotton caps, fleece, polyester knits, polyester mesh, acrylic blends.
Numbers and names are usually cut from Thermo-FILM® and applied with a heat-press. This film looks sharp and can withstand industrial washing. It is also suitable for simple logos or garments that require durability eg. workwear. This method is less suitable for multi-coloured or intricate designs.
